Meet the board

Nick Hawtrey is Chief Financial Officer of Sureserve Group, the UK's leading provider of energy and compliance services to the social housing sector.

He oversees the group's financial strategy and performance, supporting Sureserve's mission to deliver warm, safe, and sustainable homes at scale.

Nick brings extensive global finance leadership to the role, having held CFO positions across industrial and technology businesses in the UK, North America and the Netherlands, including nine years based in Dallas, Texas with TestEquity and Allied Electronics.

With this breadth of experience, across M&A, supply chain, operations and corporate finance, Nick brings a distinctive perspective on building financially resilient businesses primed for growth. At Sureserve, he applies this global expertise to a business with a clear social purpose, helping the company deliver long-term value for clients and residents.

Christophe is a Vice President at Cap10, where he focuses on investments across business services and infrastructure services. He brings extensive experience from his entrepreneurial ventures, having founded two technology start-ups, Greenspot AI and FoldFi. Christophe’s private equity career began at Hellman & Friedman, where he concentrated on Business Services and Payments, and served as a board observer at Nets, supporting various acquisitions and its merger with Nexi. Prior to that, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey, leading strategy projects for Fortune 500 companies and commercial diligence for private equity funds. A dual citizen of France and Venezuela, Christophe has lived in Latin America, the United States, and Europe, and is fluent in French, Spanish, and English. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and volunteering with Stanford University.

Bob held senior roles in a 25 year banking career including EMEA Chairman of Merrill Lynch and Board member of the Bank of England during the financial crisis. He Chairs UK Finance, sits on numerous corporate and charity boards, is a mentor to young entrepreneurs, author of book about GenZ "Born Digital", and advises a number of governments. 

Fabrice is a founding Partner of Cap10, and specialises in ‘essential’ consumer needs, niche industrials and mission-critical business services.

Fabrice has 20 years of experience in the financial industry, the vast majority in the private equity industry. He was previously a Partner at Apollo in the European private equity team. Fabrice joined Apollo in 2011 and left in 2020 to create Cap10. He led a number of the Apollo’s most successful transactions during his tenure. Prior to Apollo, Fabrice had experience at Lion Capital, UBS and CVC.

Fabrice is a graduate of ESSEC Business School, France and is fluent in French and English.
