The programme is structured to maintain continuous momentum while ensuring full regulatory compliance, resident safety, and auditability. All activities; from surveying and resident liaison through installation, certification, and close-out; are managed concurrently via Hyde’s RickHub system to ensure efficient action resolution across multiple regions.

The delivery model prioritises rapid response, consistent quality, and transparent reporting, enabling reliable closure of routine, ad hoc, and urgent actions without compromise to compliance standards.

Description of Works:

Sureserve Compliance Fire Ltd is currently delivering in excess of 1,000 FRA fire door actions across Hyde Housing’s national portfolio through the RickHub platform. Works include both full fire door installations and compliant remedial upgrades, with action sizes ranging from 2 to 40 doors per task.

Key delivery metrics and scope include:

  • Approximately 140 FRA actions completed per month
  • Full door replacements and targeted remedial upgrades
  • Works delivered across multiple regions and asset types
  • Temporary doorsets installed where forced entry has occurred
  • Urgent and ad hoc actions attended within 48 hours where required
