What is the Interim Measures Alarm Fund (IMAF)? 

The Interim Measures Alarm Fund (IMAF) is a government funding programme managed by Homes England that provides financial support for the installation of common fire alarm systems in residential buildings in England. The fund was established to help replace costly waking watch arrangements with more effective fire detection and alarm systems where appropriate.
