After 11 months of planning and preparation, 17 team members took on the Sureserve Foundation Three Peaks Challenge, raising an incredible £18,000 for Morgan House.
Among those taking part was our Managing Director, Graeme Heanan, who joined the team tackling one of the UK's toughest endurance challenges.
The team set off from Glencoe at 6:00am on Saturday 12 September, beginning an intense journey that would ultimately take 25 hours and 42 minutes to complete.
The challenge started on Ben Nevis, where the team faced exceptionally harsh weather conditions. One of the Mountain Leaders described it as "the worst conditions for September that I've seen in 30 years." Despite the relentless wind and rain, the team successfully reached the summit before continuing south.
From there, the group travelled to Scafell Pike, completing an evening ascent and reaching the summit in darkness. While conditions improved, the challenge continued to test the team's determination and resilience.
The final stage took place in Wales, where the remaining 10 participants successfully climbed Snowdon, bringing the challenge to a remarkable conclusion.
While the mountains provided the physical challenge, the experience was ultimately about teamwork, perseverance and supporting a cause that makes a real difference. Every participant, alongside the support team behind the scenes, played an important role in the success of the event.

A special thank you to Milo Williams of Rubix M&E, whose vision, determination, sponsorship and camaraderie helped turn an idea into reality, and to Simone Clark, whose planning, organisation and encouragement were instrumental in making the event a success.
We would also like to thank all Sureserve operating companies for supporting participants through time, resources and travel arrangements, helping make this incredible achievement possible.
The challenge will leave a lasting impact on everyone involved while creating a meaningful and sustainable benefit for Morgan House, the beneficiary of the fundraising efforts.
Thank you to everyone who supported the team through donations, messages of encouragement and sponsorship. Every contribution helped us reach the finish line.
As the recovery begins, conversations have already started about what the 2027 Sureserve Foundation Challenge might bring.
