Sureserve Publishes Its First ESG Report

Sureserve is pleased to share its inaugural ESG Impact Report. Covering Financial Year 2025, the publication brings together data and insight from across the Group to offer a transparent picture of our environmental, social and governance performance. It marks an important milestone in how we measure and communicate our impact.

During FY25, Sureserve delivered over 1.9 million safety and compliance inspections and over 650,000 energy efficiency measures, visiting more than 1.69 million resident homes across the UK. These activities sit at the heart of our purpose to create warm, safe and compliant homes, improving the quality of life for residents and communities.

The report also highlights meaningful progress on environmental performance. Since FY23, we have achieved a 13% improvement in emissions intensity, reflecting our focus on energy efficiency, operational improvements and targeted decarbonisation activity across the Group.

Social impact remains central to how we operate. In FY25, Sureserve delivered £270 million of social value in local communities, working alongside residents, clients and partners. We continued to invest in skills and employment, utilising 92% of our apprenticeship levy, while supporting local economies through engagement with over 1,600 local SME suppliers.

Looking ahead, we will continue to build on this work by working closely with clients to meet their objectives, supporting residents through practical, outcomes‑focused delivery, and using clearer reporting to demonstrate the real‑world impact of what we do. This report is an important step in telling that story and ensuring that the value we deliver is visible, measurable and shared.

This report demonstrates how we improve people’s homes, support communities and deliver reliable, high‑quality services for our clients. From keeping residents safe and warm, to reducing environmental impact and strengthening local supply chains, our ESG activity is embedded in how we operate every day. It provides a clear view of the value we deliver today, and how we will continue to support clients in achieving their objectives in the future.” - Jay Ham, Head of ESG
