How to verify our team at your door
Your safety is our priority. When a Sureserve team member visits, they will carry an official ID badge like the one shown.
What to Check:
ID Badge Details: Name, position, unique ID number, expiry date, and a photo. Sureserve logo and company address.

Strange noises from your boiler can indicate a variety of issues, such as air in the system, low water pressure, or a faulty pump. Get in contact and one our of helpful team will be more than happy to help arrange a visit from one of our engineers.
