Sureserve launches Sureserve Compliance South

Sureserve, one of the UK’s leading energy and compliance services providers, has unified two of its key subsidiaries to drive its growth strategy and streamline operations under the single Sureserve brand.

K&T Heating and Swale Heating will merge to form Sureserve Compliance South, combining their expertise to operate as one comprehensive company.

Based in Dartford, Sureserve Compliance South, will be led by K&T’s current Managing Director, David Greenfield, with Swale’s Matthew Edwards supporting the transition and business growth as Executive Director.

David Greenfield said,

Swale Heating, founded in 1972, is one of the UK’s leading heating installation and maintenance companies. Following the merger, Sureserve Compliance South will now maintain over 325,000 social housing properties.
